Hello and welcome. My name is Lin, and I am passionate about supporting individuals in their journey toward greater mental health and well-being. I am in the penultimate year of an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, with additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is humanistic, person-centred, and collaborative, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs with warmth, respect, and flexibility.
Alongside my psychotherapy studies, I also train in acupuncture, deepening my understanding of holistic healing that integrates mind, body, and spirit. I believe that blending traditional and contemporary approaches can offer a more complete path to well-being.
My interests include combining psychotherapy with neuroscience and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) philosophy. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, both face-to-face and online, and am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where each person feels truly seen and heard.
