Online Counselling

Online counselling lets you connect with a qualified psychotherapist from the privacy of your home.

With the world gradually transitioning into a post-pandemic reality, many people are still grappling with the emotional aftershocks of COVID-19. Though lockdowns have lifted, the impact of prolonged isolation, uncertainty, and disruption continues to linger. Feelings of overwhelm, stress, and loneliness remain prevalent as individuals face new and on going challenges—ranging from financial strain and job insecurity to housing instability, global conflicts, and discrimination. While face-to-face counselling is once again possible, not everyone feels ready or able to return to in-person sessions. For some, the barriers are practical; for others, emotional. The flexibility and accessibility of online counselling services have become a vital means of support, offering a safe and convenient space to address mental health needs. Whether you’re juggling work, searching for stability, or simply trying to find your footing in an uncertain world, online therapy can be a valuable companion on your journey toward emotional wellbeing.

For those who are housebound or disabled, living in a location where therapy in their preferred language is unavailable, or who simply feel safer seeking support from home, especially in a post-pandemic world, online therapy can be a lifeline.
